Training Philosophy-

Training focus is always on the participants understanding of the experience. The philosophy of all Synergy Movement training programs is that learning must be self-directed. Participants take responsibility for their own learning. Participants acquire skills through activities that encourage, support and serve their own personal interests and requirements. Analysis and interpretation are the focus of dialogue. Each participant brings unique attitudes, interests, abilities and reasons for attending which are respected. The training program facilitates learning opportunities that enable the participant to meet their specific learning needs.
